Q: How do I supply Images to you for printing?
A: Simply email us your image sales@uk-print.com Ideally image is 300dpi. If taken on digital camera please send picture unmodified.

Q: Is it extra for full colour printing?
A: Due to the dye sublimation process cost is the same if it is colour or black and white.

Q: What is Dye Sublimation Printing?
A: Dye Sublimation Printing is a printing process that uses a dye instead of an ink, this dye is carried in a liquid form ink (InkJet Printer). Dye Sublimation occurs when heat is applied to the dye. The dye is then turned into a gas. This is then usually transferred onto a polymer substrate. eg Coffee Cup, Polyester Shirt. It is the polymers in or on these substrates that then opens with the heat and the gas is transferred into the polymer. Once cooled the gas turns to a solid and the polymers close trapping the dye within the polymer.

Q: Is there a minimum quantity required for my order?
A: There is no minimum required for your orders. We specialize in one off and small runs.

Q: Are the Coffee Cups microwave and dishwasher safe?
A: Yes the Coffee Cups are dishwasher and microwave safe. This is again due to the sublimation process used.

Q: Is Postage included in pricing?
A: No postage is additional to printing costs normally £5 - £10 will cover most orders.

Q: Are price breaks available for larger print runs?
A: Yes, depending on product there are price breaks for larger print runs.

Q: What is your turn around time for printing?
A: This can vary but if it is a small print run and all artwork etc is supplied correctly we can normally turn around print job within 4-5 days plus postage time. Please note this is not a guaranties turn around time so please ask when placing order if you require products urgently.
