Sublimation

The process resembles Digital Transfer however rather than printing on the material, the ink used and the material are coated so that when heated under high pressure the ink turns to gas, and the image becomes part of the material, not printed on it.

- Only available on white colour sublimation material.
- Designs are exceedingly durable, and will not fade.
- Photographic & multi coloured images possible.

Flock

Thicker vinyl material with a texture that we cut the image into, and then remove the excess material. The image is then placed on the product and pressed into the product under high pressure and heat.
- No cost associated with setup.
- Prints on darker colour material.
- Designs are very durable, and do not fade.
- Print has a textured feel.
- Maximum of 3 colours in design, and design must be a Vector.

Flex

Thin vinyl material with a smooth surface that we cut the image into, and then remove the excess material. The image is then placed on the product and pressed into the product under high pressure and heat.
- No cost associated with setup.
- Prints on darker colour material.
- Designs are very durable, and do not fade.
- Print is smooth to the touch.
- Maximum of 3 colours in design, and design must be a Vector.

Digital Transfer

User uploads their own image as a .JPG, .PNG, .GIF file, the image is then printed on a bubblejet printer on digital image transfer paper, which is then placed on the product and pressed into the product under high pressure and heat.
- No cost associated with setup.
- Best on white or light colour material.
- Designs are not as durable, and will fade with washing.
- Photographic & multi coloured images possible.
